Currency and checkout

The store currency is CAD. Review the final order total, selected items and applicable taxes at checkout. Use only the payment methods actually offered for your order; a payment icon alone does not establish eligibility or acceptance.

Payment information

Enter payment information in the secure checkout flow rather than an email or contact message. Your provider may apply its own currency-conversion or account fees; check with that provider if relevant.

A declined or repeated payment

If payment fails or you see a possible duplicate, check the order confirmation and provider record before trying repeatedly. Contact support@medicubely.shop with the order number or reference and a description of the issue. Never include a full card number, security code or login password.

An approved refund is subject to the applicable payment route and provider processing. The Refunds & Returns page explains how to request assistance.
