Delivery information

Check the address and order details before submitting an order. Any delivery estimate displayed during ordering should be read as an estimate. Carrier disruption, severe weather and an address problem can affect delivery; statutory remedies remain available where applicable.

An address change or delivery problem

Contact support@medicubely.shop with your order number if your address needs correction or a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or shown as delivered but cannot be found. An address change depends on the order stage and cannot be promised after dispatch.

Tracking and assistance

Use tracking information supplied with your order where available. Retain packaging and delivery information when reporting damage or a delivery discrepancy. For order-specific delivery information, contact the store.
