Terms of Service

Using this store

These terms concern shopping at medicubely.shop, operated under the store name medicubely. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information needed to process an order or respond to an enquiry. Protect any account credentials you use.

Products, prices and orders

Read the selected option, quantity and product directions before ordering. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and the order total are shown during checkout. Product availability and the ability to accept an order are subject to confirmation; do not rely on an image alone to identify a variant.

Changes and cancellation

For an order change, contact support@medicubely.shop promptly. A requested change depends on the order stage. Any cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law remains available; an enquiry does not itself confirm cancellation.

Content and permitted use

Product content and store materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with another customer. Links to third-party services are subject to those services’ terms.

Policies and rights

Read our Refunds & Returns, Shipping, Privacy and Payment pages with these terms. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or a liability that law does not permit to be excluded. Applicable Canadian and provincial law governs to the extent required by law; no exclusive foreign forum is imposed.

Questions and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@medicubely.shop. Changes will be reflected in the version published on this site and remain subject to applicable law.
