After cleansing take a pad, reseal the pack and sweep gently upward/outward from the centre while avoiding eyes. The product information allows extra attention or 5–10 minutes on a chosen area. Discard after use, let the liquid absorb and continue skincare. AM/PM daily and neck/chest/back/underarm uses are listed, but avoid freshly shaved or irritated skin.
